This project will run from 8^th August – 28^th October 2022 and is funded by the Lambeth Made Safer – summer violence prevention grant programme. In collaboration with local schools and our corporate partners, the project will take place in the Clapham area, and facilitate ‘know your rights’ workshops and personal development focus groups for young people aged 14 – 25, including parent engagement initiatives exploring youth culture. The main aim of this project is to enable young people to learn about the risks associated with becoming involved with gangs, and how to avoid them by making better life choices. This project will also offer participants the opportunity to apply for paid work placements.
