Hebe Employment and Learning Programme
We have developed The Hebe Employment and Learning Project (HELP), which is a continuous employment support that The Hebe Foundation provides for young people like yourself. HELP’s mission is to provide in-depth career advice and employment readiness for you no matter your background. No previous experience/employment necessary. You qualify for this programme simply by being yourself! This project will enlighten you with skills employers are looking for, as well as encouraging you to explore your gifts and talents through self-reflective and holistic work. More than just a programme, HELP provides a forum and a safe space for you to recognise your full potential in a working environment and beyond.

Through a 6-week accredited programme consisting of group sessions, you will be able to develop your skills from interview techniques to exploring your identity and awareness of self. Alongside this, there are opportunities for engaging in personalised 1:1 sessions with an initial consultation and an Individual Employment Plan.
