Transitions Programme

Young people are guided through a series of ‘Let’s Talk…’ workshops and interactive sessions addressing and increasing understanding of the milestones and challenges that move them from childhood to adulthood, and from primary to secondary school, including a focus on the potential harms and exploitation that put them at increased risk of achieving poor educational and social outcomes.
